Depending on the duration of the rental agreement, the rent should be paid per period of 6 months or 12 months in advance
Any follow-up periods will be collected via direct debit.
The rental may be terminated at any time by returning the instrument or purchasing it.
If you purchase your instrument within 6 months the full rental fee will be charged, after that period half with a maximum amount of 75% of the purchase price.
The renter is liable for any damage caused to and/or theft of the instrument.
In case of non-payment or late payment, or return of the instrument, SAXCOMPANY is entitled to terminate the rental contract, with all resulting consequences to be borne by the renter.
